Your day-of coordinator is your calm in the chaos. From the moment you arrive we are managing your timeline, keeping your vendors on schedule, coordinating with your decorator, and handling every hiccup behind the scenes so you never have to. You just get to be present.
What is included with every coordination package:
One professional on-site coordinator for a minimum of 8 hours, two complimentary consultations plus a final venue walkthrough, full timeline creation and day-of distribution, vendor coordination beginning two weeks before your event, unlimited email and text support leading up to your big day, and a Day-of Emergency Kit because we think of everything..

Eduardo and Jessica were so easy to work with! We booked the Red Tie Crew for catering, cleanup, bartending services, as well as day of coordinator for our wedding. They arranged meetings with us to make sure we were all on the same page which showed us they cared to make sure our day went smoothly. They were very involved and helpful throughout our wedding planning and we are forever thankful for the team!

We hired the Red Tie Crew for our wedding Saturday evening and they were amazing! They managed our buffet line and our beverage station so we didn't have to worry about ice or running out of drinks all night. They helped clear tables and managed the trash, and cut and served our cake! They even packed up the rest in to-go containers I had available so none went to waste. I am sure they did more, but I was able to focus on partying because they handled so much.
Overall it was a great experience and i highly recommend hiring them for your next event - I definitely will if I have a big event in the future.

My husband and I got married in the middle of the pandemic of 2020, The Red Tie Crew went above and beyond to help us and entire guests of approximately 200 guests be served with professionalism. They traveled with their team about a hour from Dalton and showed up on time, dressed to impress, and was ready to serve our guests. They communicated so well amongst each other as I sent Eduardo the time schedule of our traditional Mexican wedding event. Their price for their travel and staying until clean up was very reasonable, and they their response time is quick. When you’re in the middle of planning , you need to know answers and solutions rather quick. Again, If you need a dependable group - Don’t look any further, The Red Tie Crew is where it’s at!

MEET Red Tie Crew
We are Jessica and Eduardo Fraire and we own Red Tie Crew LLC.
Eduardo started this business in May of 2019 while he was working as a 911 dispatcher. He spent every day serving his community and loved it, but he wanted to find another way to serve the people around him during some of their most important moments. That's where Red Tie Crew comes from.
Jessica joined in 2022 and together they've built something to be really proud of. We are based in Dalton, Georgia and proudly serve couples and clients throughout Northwest Georgia and the greater Chattanooga area.
Everything we do goes back to three things: loving, serving, and caring. Not because it looks good on a logo, but because it's the reason this whole thing started.
